• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its services.

3. App Features and Services

Protego provides security and privacy protection features for your device, including malware detection, threat prevention, and device scanning. By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Grant permission for the App to access device data required for security features (such as photos, camera, or location) as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• Comply with the instructions and warnings provided within the App to maximize its functionality.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Protego may offer premium subscription plans for additional features. Subscriptions are managed via Apple's in-app purchasing system.

• Subscription renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security. Updates may be installed automatically, depending on your device settings. By using the App, you agree to receive these updates.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is," and we make no warranties regarding its functionality or reliability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App or inability to use it.

Protego does not guarantee complete protection from all security threats. Users are responsible for ensuring their own device security, including using strong passwords and enabling additional security features when available.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activities. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Protego and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to the Terms

Protego may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
